OUR MISSION
The mission of the Kaeden Ake Memorial Fund is to honor Kaeden's life by helping people know that they are loved, valued, and never alone.
We are committed to raising awareness about mental health and suicide prevention, encouraging open and honest conversations, and helping people feel safe asking for help when they need it.
Through community outreach, events, education, fundraising, and acts of kindness, we hope to create a community where no child or family has to struggle in silence.
Live Like Kaeden. Love people. Include people. Be there for people. Speak up. Ask for help.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE
There will always be moments in your life when you feel alone and have no one. There will always be moments where people go out of their way to try and hurt you. There will be moments where you might feel like you have nothing.
These are just feelings, and everybody has them. It's okay to feel not okay.
Just know you are not the only ones to feel this way. I guarantee you everyone in this room has felt lonely, depressed and felt like they could not speak to anyone. You will always have somebody. People express their emotions differently, but it's as natural as humans that we also look out for each other.
Its important to know you are all loved. If you don't feel loved, just know, I love you. I don't have to know you to love you, the person to your left or right doesn't have to know you to love you.
Be sad, be upset, be angry. It's okay. But please please please…talk to somebody.
There is so much to live for. You have so much support even if you don't think you do.
We have all been kids and most of us have dealt with the problems that you might have faced. There is nothing embarrassing asking for help. In fact, I need help right now from all of you. Help me.
Help me get the people you know and love to be more open. We are here to help.
I want to thank all of you for being here. Your love and support is greatly appreciated.
We, together can help prevent tragedies like this from happening if we can just communicate.

KAEDEN'S STORY
Kaeden M. Ake was more than a name, a photograph, or a date. He was a son, a family member, a friend, a student, and a football player. Kaeden played football at Mayfield Middle School, wearing #55.
The Kaeden Ake Memorial Fund was created so that his life and his memory can continue making a difference in the lives of others.
